Recently I had a chance to negotiate with a mayor institution who claims to be one of the world's top academic sources. Back in college I had very little in mind when I started to realize that negotiations are always set under the same basic standards that human beings state and live for. A parallel example here would be how you negotiate when attempting to make new friends, trying to hook with a girl or sending the correct “indicators of interest” to that man who looks amazing?. Well, I’ve done several researches to look into those little details that make the difference that people like politicians, that little girl that ended up with the world’s biggest jerk or you end up closing a deal you know in other ways you could’ve closed with a better cut for your end. It turns out that despite great efforts if you can’t see beyond the horizon you will always have big difficulty to negotiate. If you know how to negotiate then you can rule; you may call me an iconoclast by not following all of the rules but remember that people who had made a real change in this world follow this concept.
